My name is Svetomir Cuckovic - YU7SC and I am elderly person. I am going to be in Minsk from 15th to 17 October. I hope you can give me the e-mail address of some radio hams as I would like to have eye ball with them. Maybe some of them will be so kind to take me around the city. I speak some Russian.

Также получил от него письмо, пробовал говорить с минчанами чтобы помогли человеку, но безрезультатно...
